I am Francesco Camaglia, currently a postdoc at Institut Pasteur in Paris in the group of Simon Cauchemez “Mathematical Modelling of Infectious Diseases” (website).

I apply techniques from statistical physics and data science to study the infectious diseases and the adaptive immune system.
